New Poster for '100 Days of Deception' Highlights Espionage Intrigue
tvN has unveiled a new poster for its upcoming drama series "100 Days of Deception," which promises to deliver intrigue and excitement. Set against the backdrop of the Japanese occupation of Korea, this period spy romance features Kim You Jung in the role of Lee Ga Kyeong, a pickpocket turned undercover spy for the independence movement. Her mission involves infiltrating the Japanese Government-General of Korea, where she encounters interpreter Kim Tae Woong, portrayed by Park Jinyoung of GOT7. Tae Woong, who also goes by the name Sato Hideo, is the adopted son of a high-ranking official in the Japanese administration.
In the previous episode, the plot thickened as Gugukdan attempted to assassinate Sato Shinichi, only to discover that their information was a trap. Meanwhile, Lee Ga Kyeong faced her own challenges when she was caught off guard by Sato Hideo after a secret phone call to her ally, Yoo Philip.
The newly released poster depicts the Japanese Government-General building illuminated at night, with each window revealing different characters engaged in various activities. Lee Ga Kyeong, now using the alias Geum Seo Hee, is seen wheeling a cart with a five-layer cake, while Sato Hideo is shown pointing a gun, raising questions about the tension within the building. Additionally, Yoo So Ran and Yoo Philip are depicted planning their own operation, hinting at how their actions will intersect with Lee Ga Kyeong's mission.
